What languages does your clinical team speak?
Accurate diagnosis requires clear communication. Our clinical team provides comprehensive assessments and treatments fluently in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to ensure you completely understand your biomechanical condition.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
No, we operate strictly by appointment only. To respect the time, personal space, and strict clinical privacy of each patient, we do not accept walk-ins. This ensures you receive our undivided 1-on-1 clinical focus throughout your entire session. Please secure your appointment in advance via WhatsApp.
Can I claim these sessions under my medical insurance?
Yes. All treatments are conducted by a Registered Physiotherapist in Hong Kong. We issue detailed, itemized official clinical receipts following your consultation, allowing you to claim reimbursements through your corporate or personal health insurance. (Note: Most insurers require a doctor’s referral letter alongside our receipt to process the claim, so we recommend checking your specific policy terms).
